    Saints waive QB Joey Harrington.
The Saints had resigned Harrington just earlier this week. The team also waived DE Josh Savage and activated DT Remi Ayodele and TE Buck Ortega. Ortega isn’t much of a receiving option at TE, and Harrington’s career is going from bad to worse.
  • NO Tight End
Saints re-signed TE Buck Ortega and promoted NT Remi Ayodele off their practice squad. QB Joey Harrington and DE Josh Savage were released.
Sean Payton is king of the game-day roster move. Harrington’s subtraction leaves New Orleans with two QBs. Ayodele adds depth with Sedrick Ellis hurt.
