NFL suspended free agent WR Chris Henry four games for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.
However, Henry’s indefinite suspension has been lifted and he is eligible to sign with teams. Interest in Henry may be light for the next few weeks, but he seems likely to catch on eventually because of his Pro Bowl-caliber talent. The Cowboys, Browns, Jaguars, Raiders, and Broncos could take a look.

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said he’s noticed a “maturity” in Chris Henry during training camp.
Well, he hasn’t been arrested for almost two months. The comment is noteworthy because the Bengals were thought to have given up on Henry, who is still awaiting a few trials. It looks like he can still make the team.

Chris Henry was featured in the Bengals’ intrasquad scrimmage Friday.
Henry made five catches for 117 yards. Now healthy, it appears Henry will not be cut as many had concluded following his string of arrests.

Bengals.com strongly implied that Chris Henry could be released by the team come training camp.
Marvin Lewis noted last week the team’s hands were currently tied in terms of discipline. The team’s website followed up Thursday with, “Another reason the Bengals can’t cut Henry now may be because of his lingering knee problem... With Henry, 23, expected to be cleared for training camp, the Bengals may have to wait until then.”

Chris Henry pleaded not guilty Thursday to providing alcohol to three underage women.
Henry was ordered to not drink alcohol while he’s out on bond. A pre-trial hearing was set for June 29. The Bengals conveniently didn’t medically clear Henry for their current minicamp.

Bengals WR Chris Henry is 2-3 weeks away from being medically cleared.
Both the Dayton Daily News and Cincinnati Post point out the Bengals couldn’t cut Henry if they wanted to because of the injury. We could be reading into things, but we suspect the Cincinnati media knows that’s exactly what the Bengals will do.

WR Chris Henry had knee surgery this offseason.
Henry has missed all pre-training camp workouts. He’s currently questionable for training camp and, due to his legal troubles, could very well be suspended for the start of the season.

Bengals WR Chris Henry turned himself in Wednesday on three counts of an unlawful transaction with a minor.
If off-season arrests is a category in your fantasy league, Chris Henry is now worth more than Shaun Alexander. This makes four arrests in seven months. This one dates back to an April incident in which Henry served alcohol to three women in his car, the oldest one being 18-years-old. Henry has now been arrested for DUI, marijuana possession, and on firearm charges. The Bengals claim their hands are tied in terms of discipline, but it wouldnt surprise us if Henry never plays for the team again.
