Cooper Kupp caught both of his targets for 74 yards in the Seahawks’ Week 10 win against the Cardinals.
Kupp, returning from a hamstring injury that kept him sidelined in Week 9, had an electric 67-yard catch and run in the second quarter before the Seahawks shut down the passing offense up 35-0 on the hapless Cards. Kupp ran a route on 10 of Sam Darnold’s 13 drop backs on the day. He should hold some PPR value coming down the stretch of the regular season. Kupp will be a top-36 play in Week 11 against a vulnerable Niners secondary.

Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is active for Week 10 against the Cardinals.
Kupp was questionable to suit up in Week 10 after sitting out Week 9’s win over Washington with the hamstring issue. Meanwhile, the Seahawks will be without Tory Horton against the Cards. Kupp could be the team’s WR3 if the newly-acquired Rashid Shaheed emerges as a viable downfield threat for Sam Darnold. Seahawks declared WR Jake Bobo, WR Tory Horton, DE Jared Ivey, CB Josh Jobe, LB Ernest Jones, QB Jalen Milroe, and OT Mason Richman inactive against Arizona.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Cooper Kupp (hamstring) has “a chance” of playing in Week 10 against the Cardinals.
Rapoport said Kupp has a better chance of playing this week than he did in Week 9. He was also listed as questionable last week but didn’t appear awfully close to suiting up over the weekend and was ruled out ahead of kickoff. Rapoport called his status “up in the air” for today’s game. With Tory Horton listed as doubtful, Rashid Shaheed could be the team’s No. 2 receiver for his first game in Seattle if Kupp isn’t active. Fantasy managers should avoid the WR2 situation on the Seahawks if Kupp is active.

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (heel/hamstring) is questionable to play in Week 10 against the Cardinals.
Kupp practiced in full on Friday after upgrading to a limited session on Thursday. He should be considered firmly questionable to play, though the full session to close the week is a good sign. The veteran wide receiver entered Week 9 by practicing in full with a heel injury, and was ultimately sidelined by a mid-week hamstring strain. The latter issue has seemingly improved. The Seahawks have labeled WR Tory Horton (groin/shin) questionable to play this week, while ruling out WR Jake Bobo (calf), setting up new WR Rashid Shaheed for a sizable role in his first game with the team. Shaheed is a WR3 with upside, for the occasion.

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (heel/hamstring) was limited on Thursday.
Kupp’s return is a big deal, though he is not yet out of the woods. Seahawks rookie WR Tory Horton practiced in full yesterday while listed with a groin injury. He was unable to practice today and is now also listed with a shin injury. Seahawks TE AJ Barner (calf) remains limited through two practices as well, and rotational WR Jake Bobo (calf) remains sidelined. New Seahawks WR Rashid Shaheed is seemingly headed toward a significant role in his first game with his new team.

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring/heel) did not participate in Wednesday’s walkthrough.
Kupp did not play in Week 9 due to hamstring and heel issues and now starts out Week 10 not practicing. Wednesday was just a walkthrough for the Seahawks, but the DNP estimation indicates Kupp is not trending to play in against the Cardinals. Also DNP were WRs Jake Bobo (calf) and Dareke Young (quad). Newly acquired Rashid Shaheed and rookie Tory Horton will step up next to Jaxon Smith-Njigba with Kupp, Bobo, and Young dealing with injuries.
  • SEA Wide Receiver #22
Seahawks acquired WR Rashid Shaheed from the Saints in exchange for fourth and fifth-round picks.
The trade reunites Shaheed with Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak, who held the same role in New Orleans last year. Shaheed has continued his success as the Saints’ deep ball specialist in 2025, racking up 499 yards and two scores through nine games. A drastic improvement in quarterback play should do wonders for his already strong efficiency, even if there is less volume to go around in Seattle. His presence will likely knock Tory Horton out of the starting rotation once Cooper Kupp is healthy. Horton, who has five receiving scores this year, is only worth holding in deeper fantasy leagues. Shaheed will be an extremely boom/bust WR3 once he gets up to speed in Seattle.
  • SEA Wide Receiver #10
Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp is inactive for Week 9 against the Commanders.
Kupp came into the weekend listed as questionable but ESPN’s Adam Schefter announced earlier in the day Sunday that it was likely Kupp would be sidelined for Sunday Night Football. The team made that speculation a reality when they released inactives 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Seattle will be down three of their top four wide receivers, with only Jaxon Smith-Njigba active, of the team’s normal contributors. Also inactive for the Seahawks are CB Derion Kendrick, QB Jalen Milroe, WR Jake Bobo, LB Jared Ivey, T/G Mason Richman, and WR Dareke Young.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Cooper Kupp (heel/hamstring) is unlikely to play in Week 9 against the Commanders.
Kupp appeared on the first injury report of the week with the heel issue but managed a full practice. He was then downgraded to a limited session on Thursday after suffering the hamstring issue in practice. The team eventually listed him as questionable, though he always seemed like a long shot to suit up today after going down with a mid-week injury. Fellow Seattle wideouts Jake Bobo and Dareke Young have also been ruled out. Cody White and Ricky White were elevated off the team’s practice squad this week. They will be competing for the No. 3 gig behind Tory Horton. This all, of course, just means more targets for Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who enters the week as a WR1 overall contender.

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (heel/hamstring) is questionable for Seattle’s Week 9 game against the Commanders.
Kupp had already been dealing with the heel issue, but hurt his hamstring in practice on Thursday per Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald. It sounds like he’s on the pessimistic side of questionable. Given the SNF start date, Kupp-reliant managers should probably move on to a different FLEX target or be prepared to ride with Tory Horton in the event that Kupp is ruled out.
