Demarcus Robinson caught his only target for one yard in San Francisco’s Divisional Round loss to the Seahawks.
Robinson came on as a depth piece late in the year (after a brief DUI suspension) as he played over Kendrick Bourne and shined in the NFC Wild Card game to the tune of a 6/111/1 receiving line against the Eagles. He’s under contract with the 49ers for 2026 but should only be a depth piece unless several rehab assignments go long – which, given that it’s the 49ers, perhaps we shouldn’t pretend that won’t be the case.

Demarcus Robinson caught 6-of-7 targets for 111 yards and a touchdown in the 49ers’ Wild Card win over the Eagles.
Well hello there. Entering the postseason with zero 50-yard efforts all season, Robinson caught a 61-yard pass on the Niners’ second play from scrimmage. He went on to lead the team in receiving with Ricky Pearsall (knee) inactive and George Kittle (Achilles) soon joining him. With Kittle out for the Divisional Round in Seattle, D-Rob is going to be needed for another pop-up performance if the Niners are to have any hopes of springing another road upset.

Demarcus Robinson caught 3-of-4 targets for 24 yards in San Francisco’s Week 18 loss to the Seahawks.
He played 37-of-42 snaps and out-targeted Kendrick Bourne four to one in San Francisco’s finale. Assuming Ricky Pearsall is able to play in the Wild Card round, this won’t matter much. But it is worth noting that Robinson could be the DFS punt we’re interested in — rather than Bourne — if Pearsall is sidelined again.

Demarcus Robinson caught both targets for 23 yards and a touchdown in the 49ers’ Week 16 win over the Colts.
The offense was focused heavily on George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey throughout, likely invoked by the heavy Cover-3 rates of the Indianapolis defense in the absence of Sauce Gardner. Robinson snuck in an early touchdown as the two teams traded blows in the first half before disappearing into irrelevancy once more. Fellow role-playing wide receiver Kendrick Bourne caught 3-of-5 targets for 27 yards while playing more offensive snaps than Robinson, earning a sizable $500,000 bonus for going over 500 yards on the season.

Demarcus Robinson caught 3-of-4 targets for 34 yards in the 49ers’ Week 10 loss to the Rams.
He was the only 49ers player to have more than two targets besides George Kittle, Jauan Jennings, and Christian McCaffrey. Robinson played just 29 snaps as they favored letting Luke Farrell and Kyle Juszczyk play in bigger personnel. He’s not really on the fantasy radar at this point.

Demarcus Robinson caught 2-of-3 targets for five yards in San Francisco’s Week 8 loss to the Texans.
He also caught a two-pointer on a nice quick out against Derek Stingley. Robinson is seeing the majority of the slot snaps for the 49ers since Marquez Valdes-Scantling went on injured reserve, but he hasn’t converted them into anything fantasy-useful.

49ers placed WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (calf) on injured reserve.
He’ll miss at least the next four weeks. Demarcus Robinson is likely to take over as the third receiver in the short-term as long as Ricky Pearsall remains sidelined. He won’t be in serious FLEX play consideration against the Falcons this weekend.

Demarcus Robinson caught 3-of-7 targets for 39 yards in the 49ers’ Week 5 overtime win over the Rams.
Active for just the second time this season after serving a three-game suspension to begin the year, D-Rob was the fill-in No. 2 wideout behind fill-in No. 1 Kendrick Bourne. With Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings both sidelined, it was Bourne who did the stat-sheet stuffing, turning his 11 targets into 10/142. Jake Tonges also commanded 11 looks at tight end. Coaches love Robinson and his gritty game, but it is not promising he posted this quiet of a box score on an evening where Mac Jones attempted 49 passes. Robinson can be left on waiver wires in all 12-team leagues.

Demarcus Robinson caught 1-of-2 targets for 20 yards in San Francisco’s Week 4 loss to the Jaguars.
The fact that Robinson was only lightly mixed in (22 snaps) despite injuries ahead of him on the depth chart is pretty telling about his standing at the moment. Until we see signs of fantasy relevance, we’d avoid Robinson even if Ricky Pearsall and Juaun Jennings wind up missing more time in Week 5.

49ers WR Demarcus Robinson has been reinstated to San Francisco’s active roster.
The 49ers were so desperate for receiver help sans George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk that Kendrick Bourne drew six targets in Week 3. We can’t quite say that Robinson has zero fantasy value in this situation, but we don’t think you’ll need a very high FAAB bid to secure his services for Week 4’s game against the Jaguars.
