Devin Singletary rushed nine times for 25 yards and a touchdown in the Giants’ Week 18 win over the Cowboys.
The 28-year-old will finish the season with 119 carries for 436 yards and five touchdowns in 17 games. He also added 18 catches on 19 targets for 151 yards and served primarily as the red zone option whenever either of Tyrone Tracy Jr. or Cam Skattebo was injured. Singletary is under contract for $5 million next season, but the Giants could opt out of that deal and take on a $1.25 million dead cap. Whomever they hire as head coach will likely play a big role in deciding that.

Devin Singletary rushed eight times for 45 yards and one touchdown in the Giants’ Week 17 win over the Raiders, adding four receptions for 25 yards.
The Giants allowed RB Tyrone Tracy to handle 10 of the team’s first 11 snaps. Singletary caught a five-yard checkdown pass at the end of the first drive and then bided his time until the Giants’ third drive. He accounted for 38-of-44 scrimmage yards and one touchdown on that drive, keyed by a 29-yard toss play that set up his one-yard scoring plunge. He operated as a frequent change-of-pace player after that. Singletary warrants FLEX consideration against the Cowboys next week.

Devin Singletary rushed 11 times for 47 yards in the Giants’ Week 16 loss to the Vikings.
He caught his only target for a loss of one yard. Singletary didn’t see much action last week but has been far more involved over the past month as a whole. He has at least a dozen touches in four of his past five games. Singletary has only found the end zone once during that stretch, but it’s enough work to keep him in the RB4 mix when he takes on the Raiders next week.

Giants RB Tyrone Tracy (hip) was removed from the injury report and will play in Week 15 against the Commanders.
Tracy touched the ball 57 times pre-bye, in Weeks 11-13, while backup RB Devin Singletary trailed closely with 46. Tracy should handle another hefty workload against the Commanders’ fantasy-friendly defense this week. He is an RB2 while Singletary operates as a standalone FLEX.
  • NYG Running Back #29
Giants RB Tyrone Tracy told reporters he left New York’s Week 13 game against the Patriots with a hip contusion and a stinger.
In other words, he should be fine coming off New York’s Week 14 bye. Cancel the Devin Singletary As Rest Of Season RB1-sized FAAB bids, though Singletary has claimed enough of the backfield to merit consideration off waivers.

Devin Singletary rushed 12 times for 68 yards and a touchdown in the Giants’ Week 13 loss to the Patriots, adding 34 yard on three receptions.
Singletary continued to mix in with Tyrone Tracy throughout but was thrust into the featured role following a potential concussion sustained by Tracy in the fourth quarter. He appears to be the more consistent fantasy producer out of the New York backfield considering his robust red zone role and could return RB2 counting stats should Tracy miss any time with his injury.

Tyrone Tracy had 20 rushes for 62 yards in the Giants’ Week 12 loss against the Lions, adding three catches for 68 yards.
Tracy again led the Giants backfield, though Devin Singletary saw 14 carries, including some red zone work. Tracy ran 29 routes while Singletary logged five routes and did not see a target. Tracy’s biggest play of the day was a 42-yard catch-and-run on a wide-open screen pass from Jameis Winston. Last week he had 139 total yards on 23 touches against the Packers. Some of Tracy’s fantasy luster will fade if Jaxson Dart returns in Week 13 against New England and resumes goal line rushing duties for the Giants. That role is in question after a series of head injuries for the rookie quarterback. Tracy will be a top-24 option against the Patriots.

Devin Singletary had 14 rushes for 47 yards in the Giants’ Week 12 loss against the Lions.
After scoring two touchdowns last week against the Packers, Singletary had 14 touches to 23 touches for Tyrone Tracy, who was once again far more efficient. Tracy was again the clear-cut passing down back; he ran 29 routes on the day to just five for Singletary, who did not see a target. Singletary would only be fantasy relevant if Tracy were to miss time in the coming weeks. He’s a decent bench stash for now.

Devin Singletary rushed 16 times for 44 yards and two touchdowns in the Giants’ Week 11 loss to the Packers, adding a three-yard reception.
Singletary got out-carried 19-16 by Tyrone Tracy and out-rushed 88-44, but he remained the primary option in short-yardage and goal-line situations, and that resulted in two touchdowns this afternoon with dual-threat QB Jaxson Dart (concussion) sidelined. A heroic pop-up effort if you were forced to start Singletary, but one unlikely for a Week 12 reprise against the Lions. Singletary is an end-of-bench option in standard 12-team leagues.
  • NYG Running Back #29
Tyrone Tracy had 14 rushes for 71 yards in the Giants’ Week 10 loss against the Bears.
Devin Singletary, after leading the New York backfield in Week 9 against the 49ers, saw eight carries and ran fewer routes from Tracy, though he managed three catches to zero grabs for Tracy. Both Giants backs have been hurt by Jaxson Dart’s red zone rushing involvement. Against the Bears, Dart had two red zone rushing touchdowns. Russell Wilson potentially starting in Week 11 against Green Bay — Dart exited Week 10 with a head injury — could mean more pass volume and potentially more check downs for Tracy and Singletary.
