It’s Bill Parcells’ “best guess” that Drew Henson or Tony Romo will be their starting quarterback next season.

Interesting. Vinny could be retiring, and perhaps Dallas won’t go nuts to bring in a veteran. This is about as positive Parcells has sounded about Henson or Romo.

Although they will send a scout to watch him work out, the Steelers have no serious interest in trading for Drew Henson, sources tell the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

One Steelers front-office executive cited several reasons for their lack of interest: He has not played football since 2000, the Texans want a high draft choice for him and Henson would want too much money.

A trade involving quarterback Drew Henson could come no earlier than March 4th and no later than April 23- the day before the NFL draft.

Henson and the Texans will hold on open workout on Feb. 12th to showcase Henson before working on trade proposals. The Texans should be able to obtain a first round draft pick for him.
