    Giants released WR Zach Pascal.
Pascal is again looking for work after being a part of the Giants’ initial cutdown to 53 players. The 30-year-old receiver has bounced between three different teams since 2022 and didn’t catch a pass in 17 games with the Cardinals last season. In addition to Pascal, the Giants also cut WR Jordan Bly, LB K.J. Cloyd, CB O’Donnell Fortune, LB Dyontae Johnson, C Jimmy Morrissey, WR Montrell Washington, and OL Jaison Williams.
  • NYG Linebacker #54
Giants tendered LB Dyontae Johnson as an exclusive rights free agent.
Johnson will return to the Giants on a one-year deal. He was set to be a key defensive player for New York before sustaining a serious ankle injury in training camp and missing almost the entire 2024 regular season. Johnson, 24, should see significant playing time in 2025.
