Falcons placed TE Jaeden Graham on injured reserve with a knee injury, ending his season.
Graham was injured in Wednesday’s practice. It’s a blow to the Falcons’ depth at the position after Graham has played in all 32 games, spanning 300-plus snaps, over the last two seasons. Atlanta signed WR/KR Trevor Davis to take Graham’s roster spot.

  • FA Tight End
    Falcons re-signed TE Jaeden Graham.
Graham, an exclusive rights free agent, has totaled 12 receptions for 174 yards and one score across 32 games with the Falcons. He’ll continue to be used sparingly behind Hayden Hurst and Luke Stocker this upcoming season.

  • FA Tight End
Jaeden Graham caught all four of his targets for 41 yards and one touchdown in the Falcons’ Week 13 loss to the Saints.
The UDFA out of Yale is filling in for an injured Austin Hooper (knee) and caught his first NFL touchdown on Thanksgiving. He has a 7-117-1 line on eight targets over the last three weeks. Hooper should be back very soon from his MCL sprain, making Graham little more than a neat story right now.
  • ATL Tight End #81
Austin Hooper (MCL) is out for Week 11 against the Panthers.
Diagnosed with a sprained MCL earlier this week, Hooper could be facing up to a month-long absence. Luke Stocker and Jaeden Graham will pick up the slack at tight end in Hooper’s absence. Neither are realistic fantasy options.
