    Cardinals waived/injured DE Keilen Dykes.
Dykes has practice squad eligibility and will likely resurface there once he clears waivers. The Cards needed roster space to activate TE Ben Patrick.
  • ARI Defensive Lineman
Cardinals signed DE Keilen Dykes off their practice squad.
Dykes falls in line as Arizona’s No. 4 defensive end behind Darnell Dockett, Calais Campbell, and Kenny Iwebema. Iwebema, however, is banged up.
  • ARI Defensive Lineman
Cardinals re-signed DE Keilen Dykes to a reserve/future contract.
Dykes played two games last year, making one tackle. He’ll battle fellow former undrafted free agent Jason Banks to be Arizona’s No. 5 end in camp.
  • CHI Wide Receiver
Cardinals signed WRs Onrea Jones and Lance Long, DT Keilen Dykes, CB Wilrey Fontenot, S Dennis Keyes, C Ben Claxton, FB Justin Green, and P Waylon Prather to reserve/future contracts.
From this group only Dykes has a realistic chance to make the 2009 roster as a 3-4 defensive end. The rest will just be practice bodies for the summer.
  • ARI Defensive Lineman
Cardinals DE Keilen Dykes is out indefinitely with a partially torn tricep muscle.
Since the tricep is only partially torn, it’s possible Dykes could avoid surgery. Either way, the injury will decimate Dykes’ chances of making the roster.
  • ARI Defensive Lineman
    Cardinals waived/injured DE Keilen Dykes.
Dykes was in the hunt to be Arizona’s fifth defensive end before tearing his tricep muscle in camp. He’ll go on injured reserve after clearing waivers.
