Former Giants and Titans LB Keith Bulluck said Wednesday that he is comfortable retiring after an 11-year career.
Bulluck was out of football in 2011, despite rumors linking him to the Lions. “A year removed, I really have no interest in coming back to play,” he said. “I am comfortable with the position I am in. I had closure.” Bulluck spent ten years with the Titans and 2010 with the Giants. Now 35, Bulluck was a one-time Pro Bowler (2003) and likely earned a spot in the Titans’ Ring of Honor.

Ex-Titans LB Keith Bulluck will officially retire from the NFL on Friday.
Bulluck started 130 games for the Titans from 2000-09, racking up 1,265 tackles and 19 interceptions. Collecting All-Pro honors three times, Bulluck was a perennial leader on Jeff Fisher’s physical Titans clubs of the past decade. He can expect to be inducted into the Titans’ ring of honor.

Keith Bulluck recorded seven tackles and a sack in week eight.
The All-Pro is not performing up to last year’s standards yet. But he’ll still top 100 tackles easy and now has two sacks.

Titans coach Jeff Fisher suggested that re-signing free agent LB Keith Bulluck remains unlikely.
“Hypothetically if Keith was fine for the start of training camp and able to play in the preseason games and is 100 percent and we were able to get him under contract, he’s a starter, yeah,” said Fisher. “But that’s the best-case scenario and it’s not going to be a realistic scenario just from the timing standpoint as you deal with the ACL.”

Free agent LB Keith Bulluck (ACL surgery) is expected to begin visiting interested teams in three weeks.
Bulluck is expected to be healthy enough to pass physicals by then. Still doubtful to be ready for Opening Day after tearing his ACL in Week 15, the 33-year-old isn’t going to find much guaranteed money through free agency.

Lions head coach Jim Schwartz said Thursday that they’ll take a look at free agent linebacker Keith Bulluck.
The Titans were initially bullish on re-signing the 33-year old, but coach Jeff Fisher backpedaled last week. Coming off a torn ACL in Week 15 of last season, Bulluck once played under former Tennessee defensive coordinator Schwartz before he came north to Detroit to take the head coaching job.

LB Keith Bulluck suffered a calf strain in the third quarter and did not return.
''My mentality is I ball until I fall,’' Bulluck said. ''I’ll go out there next week and whatever happens to it happens to it, but we have to get this straightened out so I definitely have to be out there.’'

Coach Jeff Fisher said yesterday that he expects LB Keith Bulluck (calf) to play Sunday.
''He says he will,’' Fisher said. ''He has been a quick healer. I think he’ll be OK.’'

Keith Bulluck (strained right calf) returned to the practice field yesterday after sitting out two days.
Bulluck, who spent some extra time hitting the blocking sled after practice, expects to play in week two.’'I feel good,’' Bulluck said. ''I’m ready to go. I’m expecting a typical Baltimore game. It should have been a physical game last week, but we didn’t hit back too much. I think we’ll hit back (tomorrow).’'
