    Former Bengals P Kevin Huber announced his retirement after 14 NFL seasons.
    Huber, who joined the Bengals in 2009, was among the league’s most reliable punters over his lengthy tenure in Cincinnati. The Bengals released Huber, 37, last December after consistent struggles over the season’s first few months. Drue Chrisman and Brad Robbins will compete for the Bengals’ punting job this summer.

    The Bengals’ 2009 punter will be rookie Kevin Huber. They gave Larson, 29, an extension last offseason, but he only posted a 34.1 net average on a league-high 100 punts, ranking 33 among punters with 20 or more attempts.
