Browns signed OG Pat Murray, formerly of the Broncos.

Broncos signed G Pat Murray off the Seahawks’ practice squad.
Murray (6'3/310) went undrafted out of Northeast Missouri St. two Aprils ago. He will be low on the depth chart and is more of a developmental prospect.
  • FA Defensive Back
Browns waived S Larry Asante, DE Clifton Geathers, DB Chris Chancellor, OG Paul Fanaika, DL Travis Ivey, DL Swanson Miller, OL Pat Murray, and DL Brian Sanford.
The early returns on the Browns’ 2010 draft are less than encouraging. Colt McCoy did survive cuts after struggling in August, but Montario Hardesty is done for the year, fifth-rounder Asante showed nothing in camp, and sixth-rounder Carlton Mitchell has shown iffy hands.
  • CLE Guard

Undrafted out of Northeast Missouri St. back in 2006, Murray has bounced around the league the past few years. He lost his roster spot to Artis Hicks.
