Anne Frank, Helen Keller, and how to be washed up at 26 years old

On Sunday evening, Florio passed along the colorful words of his old buddy Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder after Miami’s painful loss to the Ravens.

But we missed some of the most fun parts. We especially like when Crowder crititized the officials for saying they didn’t see Ravens fullback Le’Ron McClain spit on him.

“They didn’t see Chad Henne get hit twice when he slid. Yeah, a little Stevie Wonder and Anne Frank,” Crowder said via the AP.

Umm . . . what Channing?

“Who was that? Is that the blind girl? Helen Keller . . . I don’t know who the f--- Anne Frank is. I’m mad right now. F--- it. I’m not as swift as I usually am.”

Ravens receiver Derrick Mason agrees below. "[Crowder] is washed up and he’s young. He might as well retire.”
