With the Rams struggling to sell out their third home game of the year despite beating the Redskins by 14 and no tweets yet from Tony Boselli advising us that, if we’re in the Jacksonville area, we’ll be able to watch the Colts-Jaguars game on television (only 525 tickets remain before we hear from Tony), and the Raiders playing at home, there’s a chance that up to four games will be blacked out locally this weekend.
The one virtually certain blackout in this regard will be coming in San Diego, where 7,000 tickets remain for the game against the Cardinals, and where the deadline for selling all non-premium seats comes at 4:15 p.m. ET.
The 1-2 Chargers’ home opener was not sold out, with nearly 8,000 unsold tickets.
