The Bears have locked up one of their key offensive players.
Offensive tackle Darnell Wright has agreed to a four-year deal with Chicago, according to a joint report from ESPN and NFL Network.
The contract is reportedly worth $116 million with $93 million guaranteed, making him one of the league’s highest-paid offensive linemen.
Wright, a first-round pick in 2023, was an AP second-team All-Pro in 2025. He’s started 49 games over his first three seasons.
The Bears had exercised Wright’s fifth-year option in the spring, which had put him under contract through 2027.
Now the team has a key pillar locked in for several years to come.
