The Bears announced the signing of restricted free agent linebacker Nick Roach Monday.
The fourth-year players has started 24 games over the last two seasons. Roach had good production last year with 75 tackles, three forced fumbles, and two sacks on the strong side last year.
Roach is scheduled to make $1.684 million this season and should be a candidate for a long-term deal if he has another strong season.
