Agent Drew Rosenhaus, who has been uncharacteristically quiet on Twitter this week, disclosed moments ago that veteran cornerback Travis Fisher participated in practice today with the Bengals. Rosenhaus says that, ideally, Fisher will sign with the Bengals or another team before training camps open. Fisher originally entered the league in 2002, as a second-round pick of the Rams. After five seasons in St. Louis, Fisher spent the last two in Detroit.
