Two days after spending a fifth-round pick on punter Kevin Huber, the Bengals have cleared out the two punters they previously had under contract. The team announced on Tuesday that Kyle Larson and Ryan Plackemeier have gotten the shoe. Larson held the job for the last five seasons.
