The Bills added fullback Dan Vitale to the roster on Sunday after the 2016 sixth-round pick was waived by the Buccaneers.

They dropped him from the roster on Monday. The Bills announced that they have waived Vitale with a failed physical designation, which makes for a short stay on the roster.

That makes Glenn Gronkowski again the only fullback on the team after they released veteran Jerome Felton on their way to the 53-man limit. It also gives the Bills an open roster spot that they can fill before heading to Baltimore for Sunday’s game against the Ravens.

The Bills also announced that they have signed cornerback Doran Grant, a 2015 fourth-round pick by the Steelers, and wide receiver Matt Hazel, a 2014 sixth-round pick of the Dolphins to the practice squad along with guard Gabe Ikard and linebacker Max Valles.
