The Browns are on their fourth punter of the week, but they finally have their man.
The Browns and Britton Colquitt have agreed to a one-year deal, Mike Klis of 9News in Denver reported. Colquitt was released by the Broncos last week.
The move indicates the Browns will release punters Kasey Redfern and Michael Palady during their final round of roster cuts later Saturday. The Browns traded Andy Lee and a seventh-round pick to the Panthers earlier this week for Redfern and a 2018 fourth-round pick.
The Broncos cut Colquitt to save money after drafting punter Riley Dixon in the seventh round in the spring. Colquitt, 31, spent the last six seasons in Denver.
