The Broncos proved they weren’t afraid to take a talented cornerback with character questions, when they gave Aqib Talib a $57 million contract in free agency.
They did it again, taking Ohio State cornerback Bradley Roby with the 31st overall pick.
Roby was arrested for a bar fight in college (and suspended a game), though the charges were dropped. Then two weeks ago, he was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence.
Still, he’s a talented player, who should provide good athletic value for the defending AFC champions.
