The Tampa Bay Buccaneers finally added a weapon to pair with Vincent Jackson on offense.

Tampa Bay made Texas A&M wide receiver Mike Evans the seventh overall pick in the draft to add to a receiving corps with few options outside of Jackson.

The team traded receiver Mike Williams to Buffalo this offseason, leaving just a handful of marginal receivers on the roster to complement Jackson. Evans gives the Buccaneers another big receiver at 6-foot-5, 231 pounds to give Tampa Bay quarterbacks Josh McCown and Mike Glennon more options in the passing game.

The Buccaneers elected to pass on Evans’ college teammate Johnny Manziel to address receiver instead.
