Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians made no secret of how he appreciates an old-school, hard-nosed player like Ndamukong Suh, even in an era where the NFL wants to make the game safer.

The Buccaneers just added a pretty good defensive tackle.

So they made room for him on the depth chart by releasing one of their former draft picks.

Per multiple reports, the Bucs are releasing nose tackle Stevie Tu’ikolovatu.

He was their seventh-rounder in 2017 out of Southern Cal, and spent the last two seasons on injured reserve, having concluded his career there without playing a game.
