Packers cornerback Charles Woodson has been fined $15,000 for a hit on Giants quarterback Eli Manning on Sunday.

On the play in question, Woodson came on a blitz and delivered a forearm to Manning’s head just after Manning delivered the pass. Woodson picked up a personal foul penalty.

The fine for Woodson was no surprise, as it was clearly a blow to the head. It’s the second fine of the year for Woodson, who was fined $10,000 for punching Saints tight end David Thomas in Week 1.

Also from the Packers-Giants game, Giants linebacker Mathias Kiwanuka was fined $7,500 for facemasking Packers tight end Jermichael Finley.
