The Eagles officially will not have several key players for Sunday’s game against the Rams.
Receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring), linebacker Zack Baun (concussion), and tight end Dallas Goedert (knee) are among those who have been ruled out for Week 4.
Smith was not able to practice all week, which is rare for the sixth-year receiver. He has caught 19 passes for 235 yards with a touchdown in three games this season.
Philadelphia has also ruled out receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown (ankle), safety Marcus Epps (groin), and offensive tackle Fred Johnson (knee).
While the Eagles’ injury report was lengthy this week, the rest of the team is expected to play on Sunday. Running back Tank Bigsby (abdomen), linebacker Jihaad Campbell (knee/rest), defensive tackle Jalen Carter (wrist), receiver Darius Cooper (knee), defensive tackle Jordan Davis (calf), outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard (pectoral), cornerback Jonathan Jones (quad), defensive tackle Moro Ojomo (calf/elbow), running back Will Shipley (foot), and defensive tackle Byron Young (toe) are all off the report and are expected to play.
