The Dolphins have signed linebacker Trevor Reilly to their active roster off of the Patriots’ practice squad.

Reilly had been on the Patriots’ practice squad since October. He was a seventh-round pick of the Jets in 2014 and played in 29 games over two seasons with the Jets. Reilly had 15 tackles and a sack last season.

He was cut by the Jets in September.

The Dolphins waived linebacker Zach Vigil to create a roster spot for Reilly.
