With the bulk of free agency taken care of, and the draft just over three weeks away, teams are in the midst of last-minute filling in of the blanks.

The Eagles filled two of them today, announcing they had signed cornerback E.J. Biggers and wide receiver Seyi Ajirotutu to one-year contracts.

Biggers was in for a visit today. The former Washington cornerback also has some experience in the middle, and the Eagles have a definite need at safety.

Likewise, they needed some more bodies at wide receiver and Ajirotutu certainly is one. He’s good at every part of his job description other than catching footballs, and has been a valuable special teamer for the Chargers and the Panthers.
