At a time when the Missouri Attorney General is investigating allegations against ESPN NFL draft analyst Matt Miller for fantasy-football leagues that allegedly didn’t pay out winnings to contestants, another legal issue has emerged.
Via Brendon Kleen of Awful Announcing, Miller has been charged with failing to drive on the right half of a roadway, resulting in an accident. The charge is a misdemeanor.
Miller is due in court on September 21.
The June 2026 collision resulted in serious injuries for Miller, including the amputation of an arm. In the aftermath of the accident, online complaints emerged regarding his fantasy-football leagues.
Miller is on leave from ESPN while he recovers. ESPN reportedly will address the legal issues at the appropriate time.
