The Falcons have moved on from a pair of players.
Atlanta announced on Monday that the club has released offensive lineman Layden Robinson and punter Matthew Hayball.
Robinson was a Patriots fourth-round pick in 2024. New England let him go midway through last season. He then signed with the Raiders’ practice squad, completing 2025 with the club. After signing a futures deal with Las Vegas, he was waived in early May.
The Falcons signed Robinson in May after a successful tryout at rookie minicamp.
Hayball, who is from Australia, was previously with the Saints. He signed with the Falcons in June and because he was considered the team’s international player he did not count against the 90-man roster.
