As the Colts prepare to try to move to 12-0 on the year, their best defensive player could be missing a second straight game with an injury described as an “abdomen.”
Freeney has fully participated in practice each of the past two days, but he is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Titans.
The team’s lengthy list of injuries includes five scratches: running back Donald Brown (chest), defensive tackle Kenyuta Dawson (knee), defensive back Aaron Francisco (ankle), receiver Anthony Gonzalez (knee), and kicker Adam Vinatieri (knee).
The questionable players consist of Freeney, tackle Charlie Johnson (foot), and quarterback Jim Sorgi (right shoulder).
A baker’s dozen are probable, including quarterback Peyton Manning, whose has a muscle injury in the vicinity of his “naked butt and rectum.”
For the Titans, defensive end Jason Jones is out with a shoulder injury, and linebacker Colin Allred is doubtful due to a hamstring. Defensive end Jacob Ford (abdominal), receiver Justin Gage (back), defensive tackle Sen’Derrick Marks (ankle), and safety Michael Griffin (shoulder) are questionable. Kicker Rob Bironas (right ankle) is probable.
