Steelers linebacker James Harrison usually uses his Instagram account to post videos of himself lifting inhuman amounts of weight.
Monday, he used the account to officially announce he’ll return for a 14th season in 2016.
“I’m turning 38 on Wednesday and I’m feeling just like a fine wine,” Harrison wrote. “Getting better with age.”
The Steelers had expected Harrison to return, but Harrison had said he needed to see how his body responded to his offseason workout regimen before making a final decision.
Harrison is a five-time Pro Bowler and was the 2008 NFL Defensive Player of the Year. He’s under contract for the 2016 season at $1.5 million.
