Add the Green Bay Packers to the list of teams interested in free agent tight end Jermaine Gresham.

A source confirmed to PFT’s Mike Florio that Gresham is set to visit the Packers this week. The visit was first reported by NFL Media.

Gresham was expected to be one of the more sought after tight ends on the market when he hit free agency in March. However, surgery was required to repair a herniated disc and teams interested in Gresham put their pursuits on hold.

The Arizona Cardinals and New Orleans Saints are among teams that have recently expressed interest in Gresham and had him in for a visit.

Gresham caught 62 passes for 460 yards and five touchdowns last season for the Cincinnati Bengals.

Green Bay is rather thin at tight end. The Packers only have two tight ends with any significant experience on their roster in Andrew Quarless and Richard Rogers. Quarless could still be punished by the league for an alleged gun incident in Miami earlier this month.
