In an October 30 win over the Patriots, Steelers linebacker LaMarr Woodley suffered a hamstring injury. He returned on Sunday against the Bengals, aggravated the injury early, and now will not play on Thursday night against the Browns.
Per Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Woodley is not active.
Also inactive are quarterback Dennis Dixon, linebacker Chris Carter, defensive end Al Woods, tackle Jamon Meredith, receiver Arnaz Battle, and receiver Emmanuel Sanders.
For the Browns, both running back Peyton Hillis and Montario Hardesty are active. Hillis (hip) will start.
Inactive for the Browns, via Jeff Schudel of the News-Journal, are safety T.J. Ward, quarterback Thaddeus Lewis, offensive lineman Jeff Vallos, offensive lineman Oniel Cousins, tight end Jordan Cameron, offensive lineman Auston English, and linebacker Quinton Spears.
