Mike Adams ruled out for Colts

of the New England Patriots against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium on October 18, 2015 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

In the Colts’ final game before the bye, safety Mike Adams left early with an ankle injury.

In the days after the game, Adams said that he would be ready to play against the Falcons in Week 11 but his crystal ball was feeding him some false information.

The Colts ruled Adams out for Sunday’s game after he missed practice for the entire week. Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star reports that Coach Chuck Pagano wouldn’t say who would start in Adams’s place, choosing to go with “all hands on deck” as his answer for who would take Adams’s place in the lineup.

Linebacker D’Qwell Jackson missed Wednesday and Thursday with a hamstring injury, but is expected to play after returning to lineup on Friday. Although Quarterback Andrew Luck was ruled out some time ago with kidney and abdominal injuries, Pagano said he’ll travel to Atlanta with the team and be on the sideline during the game.
