OBJ says he’s A-OK after practice collision

After being forced out of Sunday’s practice following a collision with cornerback Janoris Jenkins, Giants Pro Bowl wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. told reporters that he’s OK and that there’s really no reason for worry.

“I got stepped on,” he said. “It’s nothing too bad. It’s football. It happens.”

Giants Coach Ben McAdoo said Beckham got “cleated” and was cut open, but said he thinks that beyond being a little sore that Beckham will be fine.

The Giants aren’t scheduled to practice Monday, so if Beckham needs a little extra time to recover he can get it without missing a practice session.
