Nine players finished the 2014 season on the Patriots’ practice squad.
And according to the NFL’s Thursday transactions, all nine have been signed to New England’s roster for 2015.
The signees are offensive lineman Chris Barker, defensive end Jake Bequette, quarterback Garrett Gilbert, defensive back Justin Green, offensive tackle Caylin Hauptmann, wide receiver Jonathan Krause, linebacker Eric Martin, linebacker Deontae Skinner and defensive back Daxton Swanson.
Of the nine signed, Skinner saw the most game action with New England in 2014, appearing in seven regular season games (one start) and notching 17 tackles. Martin also has good game experience; he was active in 29-of-32 games for Cleveland over the last two years.
