The Ravens are hiring Joe Cullen as their defensive line coach after Cullen spent the last two seasons in the same role in Tampa Bay.

Per Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports, the Buccaneers intially blocked the Ravens from speaking with Cullen while going through their coaching transition.

The Ravens are shuffling their defensive staff after linebackers coach Ted Monachino left to become the Colts defensive coordinator.

Cullen, who has nine years of NFL coaching experience, is still probably best known for being arrested after going through a Wendy’s drive-thru naked. That incident changed his life, and he’s used it to get through to troubled players.

Cullen has also worked for the Lions, Jaguars and Browns.
