The Ravens on Monday announced the signings of quarterback Josh Johnson and offensive lineman Vladimir Ducasse.

Johnson, 30, is a veteran of eight seasons who was most recently with the Bills. He’s started five games and played in 29; all of his starts came with the Buccaneers, who drafted him in the fifth round in 2008.

Since 2014 Johnson has been with the 49ers, Jets, Bengals, Colts and Bills. He joins Joe Flacco and Ryan Mallett in the Ravens’ quarterbacks room.

Ducasse, 28, was a second-round pick of the Jets in 2010 and played four years for the Jets before being allowed to leave via free agency. He started six games for the Vikings in 2014 and 11 for the Bears last season.

With Kelechi Osemele having departed the Ravens via free agency, Ducasse could compete for playing time at guard.
