Rawls done for day with ankle injury

Thomas Rawls

AP

Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls injured his ankle on the game’s first drive Sunday and won’t return.

Rawls carried six times for 44 yards before suffering the injury. He got the Seahawks inside the Ravens’ 10, and Russell Wilson threw an 8-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Lockett to make it 7-0.

The Ravens are going to struggle to score.

Rawls, an undrafted rookie, has run for 391 yards in his last three games and has proven a more than capable replacement for Marshawn Lynch. Fred Jackson becomes the primary runner with Rawls out.
