Despite being listed as questionable on the Week Four injury report, Ravens running back Ray Rice was never in serious danger of missing Sunday’s game at Pittsburgh.
And, as expected, Rice is active for the matchup.
Rice was one of few NFL backs to have success against the Steelers in 2009. Dick LeBeau’s defense has held Michael Turner and Chris Johnson in check so far this year.
Willis McGahee will remain the No. 2 back and favorite for goal-line carries Sunday.
The Ravens’ inactives are:
DE Corey Redding
LB Edgar Jones
WR Donte’ Stallworth
LB Tavares Gooden
OT Jared Gaither
CB Josh Wilson
DT Arthur Jones
CB Prince Miller
The following players will sit for Pittsburgh:
OG Trai Essex
CB Keenan Lewis
RB Jonathan Dwyer
CB Crezdon Butler
NT Chris Hoke
WR Emmanuel Sanders
LB Thaddeus Gibson
OT Tony Hills
