Broncos practice squad safety Ryan Murphy was questioned by police Tuesday as part of a prostitution sting in San Jose, CBS News Bay Area reported.

Per the report, Murphy was not arrested but his brother was cited as part of a multi-agency effort to crack down on prostitution.

Super Bowl history says the police are looking for such things.

Murphy is a rookie who’s been on the Broncos practice squad since September. He was a seventh round pick of the Seahawks last spring.

The Broncos told reporters they’re aware of the incident but had no further comment.
