Way back in Week 2, there was a mini-controversy after New York’s win over the Rams after the Giants were accused of faking injuries to slow down the St. Louis hurry-up attack.

It’s something to watch out for on Sunday night.

Appearing as an analyst on NBC’s pregame show, Aaron Rodgers said the Giants used phantom injuries and got up slowly after a few plays in an effort to slow down Green Bay’s high tempo offense.

The Patriots have increasingly used the hurry up offense this season to great effect. We’ll see if the Giants do everything possible to slow the Patriots down in the Super Bowl.
