Saints rookie running back Chris Ivory underwent platelet-rich plasma treatment in an effort to get his hamstring right for Week Fifteen against the Ravens. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough.
Ivory is inactive for Sunday’s game. Pierre Thomas and Reggie Bush will handle most of the backfield touches, with Julius Jones also available for some work.
Joining Ivory in street clothes will be cornerback Patrick Robinson, safety Usama Young, offensive tackle Charles Brown, defensive tackle Anthony Hargrove, tight end David Thomas, kick returner Courtney Roby, and linebacker JoLonn Dunbar.
The Ravens’ inactives are wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth, tight end Todd Heap, safety Tom Zbikowski, fullback Jason McKie, linebacker Jason Phillips, and linemen Bryan Mattison, Brandon McKinney, and Lamar Divens.
