In addition to the 49ers’ draft picks and undrafted signees, 10 tryout players are taking part in the club’s rookie minicamp, the club said Saturday.

Six defensive backs and four offensive linemen compromise the tryout group, with Nevada cornerback Charles Garrett among those vying to be added to the roster. Garrett (5-11, 205) notched 62 tackles, broke up 10 passes and hauled in one interception for the Wolf Pack in 2014.

The other defensive backs trying out are Eastern Michigan cornerback Willie Creear, San Jose State cornerback Dasheon Frierson, Florida International cornerback Randy Harvey, Michigan State cornerback Mylan Hicks and Cal safety Mike Lowe.

LSU offensive guard Fehoko Fanaika, Wake Forest offensive guard Antonio Ford, Miami (Fla.) offensive tackle Justin Renfrow and Miami (Fla.) center Jared Wheeler are the offensive linemen working out for the 49ers.

The 49ers’ minicamp runs from Saturday to Monday.
