We like the fact that Jags coach Jack Del Rio wants to dress professionally while coaching. That specific aspect of Mike Nolan’s personality almost prompted us to overlook the fact that, you know, he’s not a very good coach. But Del Rio’s Monday night ensemble makes us think less of Tom Landry at Texas Stadium and more of Fonzie at a funeral. Del Rio is wearing a teal shirt, matching striped tie. And a black leather Jaguars jacket. Ehhhhhhh! Of course, what should we expect from a guy who once say fit to put a tree stump and a sharp ax in a locker-room full of young men with excess testosterone levels? Jack, please, if you’re going to get dressed up, go the distance and wear a jacket made out of some sort of cloth.
