Titans cornerback Brandon Harris’s season is over before it even started.

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean was the first to report that Harris tore his ACL during Tuesday organized team activity and others have confirmed the severity of Harris’s injury. Given the need for surgery and extended rehab that comes along with that injury, we’ll next see Harris in the 2016 offseason.

Harris was claimed off waivers by Tennessee before last season and played in sub packages and on special teams for the Titans in 2014. They re-signed him to a one-year deal this offseason and he was going to be in the mix for snaps behind Jason McCourty and Perrish Cox, but the team will now look to Blidi Wreh-Wilson, Coty Sensabaugh and 2014 fourth-rounder Marqueston Huff to fill their depth needs.

Harris entered the league as a second-round pick of the Texans in 2011 and played 31 games in Houston before being dropped from the roster last August.
