Tommy DeVito will be back behind center this week.
Via multiple reporters, head coach Brian Daboll said in his Wednesday press conference that DeVito is set to start Sunday’s game against the Ravens.
Drew Lock is in a walking boot due to a heel injury, necessitating the move. Lock is not slated to practice on Wednesday, though he could possibly be the team’s backup quarterback on Sunday.
DeVito started the Nov. 24 loss to Tampa Bay, going 21-of-31 passing for 189 yards. He rushed seven times for 32 yards in that contest.
In nine appearances with six starts last year, DeVito completed 64 percent of his throws for 1,101 yards with eight touchdowns and three interceptions.
New York’s full Wednesday injury report will be released late in the day.
