The Buccaneers announced a slight change to their injury report ahead of Sunday’s game against the 49ers.
Defensive tackle Vita Vea has an illness, but the team said that he is expected to play at Levi’s Stadium. The Buccaneers made a similar announcement about wide receiver Chris Godwin last week and he played without any issues.
Vea has 27 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles so far this season.
The Buccaneers only had two injury designations on their final injury report of the week. Safety Ryan Neal (thumb) is out and guard Matt Feiler (knee) is listed as questionable to be in the lineup on Sunday afternoon.
