Falcons right tackle Todd Weiner’s sprained left foot appeared to improve Monday.
He wasn’t wearing a cast. It appears he’ll be ready for the NFC Championship.

Falcons RT Todd Weiner will miss the next two-to-six weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Wednesday.
Atlanta will turn to Tyson Clabo at right tackle. Clabo has been a guard for most of his career. It’s a big problem for Atlanta’s passing game, especially considering Joey Harrington has never played well under pressure.

Falcons placed RT Todd Weiner (knee surgery) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Weiner, originally signed to be the southpaw Michael Vick’s blind side protector, has lost a bit of value in Atlanta with Vick headed to prison. He’s still relatively cheap, however, so he’ll most likely be retained in 2008.
