    Broncos waived/injured WR Tyler Grisham.
Grisham suffered a knee injury early in camp and missed Denver’s first two preseason games. The onetime Steeler was a roster long shot from the get-go.
  • DEN Wide Receiver #13
Undrafted rookie Tyler Grisham is expected to be the Steelers’ No. 4 receiver this week.
Grisham remains ahead of Joey Galloway until the newly signed veteran becomes more familiar with the offense. A slot receiver type, Grisham is a smallish receiver with good quickness and hands but lacking in deep speed.
  • DEN Wide Receiver #13
Steelers signed WR Tyler Grisham, K Swayze Waters, OT Kyle Jolly, LBs Chris Ellis and Chris McCoy, and TE Eugene Bright to reserve/future contracts.
Most of these players ended the year on Pittsburgh’s practice squad, although so far FB Frank “The Tank” Summers, S Da’mon Cromartie-Smith, and DL Ra’Shon Harris have been omitted. Grisham went undrafted out of Clemson two Aprils ago after catching 37 passes as a senior. He’s only a special teams prospect.
  • FA Running Back #11
Steelers waived KR Stefan Logan, LB Patrick Bailey, DB Da’Mon Cromartie-Smith, WR Tyler Grisham, DL Steve McLendon, and DL RaShon “Sunny” Harris.
Logan tallied nearly 1,750 return yards last season, but he was hurt by his inability to contribute on offense. Sixth-rounder Antonio Brown is the favorite to take over on punts and kickoffs this season.
